WebVoka retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, reusable components, tools, templates, libraries and development methodologies unless otherwise agreed.

Projects may involve third-party services, platforms, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways or other external technologies.

WebVoka is not responsible for changes, downtime, limitations, pricing or policies imposed by third-party providers.

9. Website & Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and professional services, but we cannot guarantee that our website or third-party services will always be available without interruption.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own business data and website content.
